Ideas/Suggestions: Why not Bangladeshi policymakers are not emphasizing as much in local government sector. local government can handle education, health and even law and enforcement agencies. central government ideas involved lots of corruption and loss of resources. if we establish a strong local government in upazila and union level, i hope we could overcome our limited resource.

Ideas/Suggestions: Human Resources is most available and cheap here. Thousands of Graduates are without works. Govment should have to take some prosecution to give works our manpowers anyway. Govment can lend mony to them make available jobs like china or other countries.
