I belive Bangladesh should use the talented students in the field of engineering to create electrical power-plant. Those who are doing their masters and PhD should work on these projects (should be funded by gov't): in that way the students would be professionals and the country would get benefit out from the educational system. Also, talented students don't have to go out of the beloved country for higher study and usually don't return home.
